This app creatively uses both the sub tabs template and the Product Widget. You can click on the different categories to view different sections on the menu, which is where the sub tabs template comes in. It lets you display or hide content with the click of the corresponding link, and gives the illusion that users are actually viewing separate pages. However, the content is all contained in one app.

The menu items are displayed with the Product Widget. As you can see, they have enabled sharing and commenting, which is available on all widgets. This lets users share items with their friends, and increases interaction on your Page. Though they are not displaying images here, the Product Widget does allow for images and links as well.
