I manage 10 Facebook Pages, do I buy 10 accounts?

No no, of course not. You simply purchase one account that fits your needs. If you have 10 pages with 1000 Fans/Likes each, your total Fan/Like count would be 10,000, so the "Short Stack 25,000" plan would be a great plan to sign up for. With ShortStack, you can install as many custom tabs to as many pages as you want (within your plan Fan/Like allowance).

Any browser requirements?

ShortStack works best with the latest stable versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 8+. You'll also need to have Javascript enabled, but you probably already do if you use Facebook a lot. If you're using IE6, someone should take your computer privileges away.

How do I get started?

You can login and jump right it in if you want! Check out our Video Tutorials on YouTube for some tips and how-tos. Also, check out our Docs section once you log in to ShortStack.

What payments do you accept?

ShortStack accepts most major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express  

Is there a Free Trial?

No, but you can use our Surprisingly Free plan for as long as you want. Go ahead and login to get started (we don't ask for credit card info until you are ready to upgrade). The Surprisingly Free plan is great if your account totals 2,000 Fans/Likes or less. You may use it for as long as you like (even forever), then upgrade when you're ready. No rush.

Will I be forced to upgrade?

If your fan count exceeds the limits for your plan, we'll send you an email letting you know that your page is doing great and that it's time to move on to the next tier of service. You should not experience any interruption in service unless you choose to terminate your account.

Is there a long-term contract?

Nope, you can cancel at any time. We think you'll be really impressed with ShortStack, but if you're not, you can cancel here. For all subscription customers, ShortStack is hosting the custom tabs. If a user cancels the subscription all tabs will be deactivated. You can come back and reactivate the tabs by repurchasing a subscription.
