Pancake does not control the audiences to which its users direct their campaigns, and Pancake has no practical ability to verify the age of individuals who interact with user-created campaigns.
If you use ShortStack to create campaigns, forms, or promotions that may be accessed by children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction), you are solely responsible for compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Article 8 of the GDPR, and any other applicable laws governing the collection of personal information from minors. This includes, without limitation, obtaining verifiable parental consent where required by law. Pancake assumes no responsibility for your compliance with such laws.

If we become aware that Personal Information from a child under the applicable age has been submitted directly to Pancake (as opposed to collected by a ShortStack user through a user-created campaign), we will take steps to delete such information as soon as practicable. If you believe that a child has provided Personal Information directly to Pancake, please contact us at support@shortstack.com.
