Comment contests are contests or giveaways you run right from a Facebook or Instagram post. You’ve certainly seen one or more the last time you scrolled through your feed. On Instagram, they usually ask participants to like the post and/or profile, tag a friend in the comments, or simply leave a comment that is relevant to the post. On Facebook, they typically ask entrants to like and/or comment on the post – anything else (such as asking participants to share the post, follow your profile, etc.) is against Facebook’s promotion policies.
