Analytics Manager

Full analytics access on Max Last reviewed

The Analytics Manager is where all campaign reporting lives. Open it from the Home screen by clicking Manage and selecting Analytics. Clicking the heart icon beside the title adds a shortcut to your navigation menu, though favorites are stored in your browser, so you will set them again on another browser or computer.

Getting there

From the Home Screen:

  1. Click Manage in the main menu.

  2. Select Analytics from the dropdown.

Note: Favoriting adds a direct link to the Analytics Manager in the navigation menu. To favorite, click the heart icon next to the "Analytics" title. Favorites are stored in your browser, so you’ll need to re-establish them when using a different browser or computer.

Analytics overview

At the top of the Analytics Manager, you will find two dropdown menus. The one on the left is for the timezone for which you want the analytics to display. The other menu is for completing Actions.

The actions available are:

  • Open in a new window

  • Export to PDF

Below those menus, you will see a main overview of:

  • Sessions - Total number of page views across all campaigns

  • Entries - Total number of entries across all campaigns

  • Shares Out - Total number of shares

  • Clicks - Hyperlink and button clicks within the campaigns.

Additionally, you will find a table with your most recent campaigns and the individual analytic overview for each of the following:

  • Sessions

  • Entries

  • Shares

  • Clicks

Filtering

On the left side, you can filter by campaign, date, and device type. At the top, you can change the timezone of the analytic results you are viewing.

Once you have filtered to a specific campaign, you will see a significantly more detailed view of the data. Click on each bullet point below for its respective help document.
