Downgrading, Pausing, Cancelling your Subscription, and Deleting Your Account

You can downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription from Settings → Plan & Billing on the Dashboard. Pausing holds your account for up to 3 months at a time, starting at the end of your current billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect through the Change Plan option, where you confirm the new plan and acknowledge its lower allowances.

Getting there

To downgrade or pause/cancel your account's subscription:

  1. From the Dashboard, click Settings at the bottom left of the navigation panel.

  2. Select Plan & Billing from the menu.

Downgrading

  1. In the Plan Overview tab, click Change Plan in the Current Plan section.

  2. Toggle between Monthly or Annual using the links at the top of the pop-up.

  3. Select the desired plan.

  4. Verify the change and check the box acknowledging the downgrade. then

  5. Click the red Downgrade Account button to complete.

Pausing your account

  • Automatic Reactivation: The account resumes billing when the pause ends.

  • Pause Restrictions: Extensions past 3 months aren’t possible, and a minimum of one paid month is required between pauses.

  • Live Campaigns: During a pause, live campaigns will display a "Currently Unavailable" message, and new entries won’t be collected. To prevent issues, unpublish campaigns before pausing.

  • Data Accessibility: Entries, lists, and campaigns are stored but are inaccessible when paused. You may reactivate anytime for immediate access, resuming billing immediately.

To Pause:

  1. In the Plan Overview tab, click Pause or Delete Account.

  2. Click Yes, show me my pause options in the pop-up.

  3. Choose the duration (1-3 months) and click Confirm Pause.

You'll see a confirmation and a button to cancel the pause if needed.

Cancelling your subscription

Canceling your subscription ends future payments. After cancellation:

  • Plan Reverts: Your account moves to a Free Plan.

  • Data Access Limitations: Only 20 entries are accessible, while others are hidden from view.

  • Unpublish Campaigns: Active campaigns may receive new entries that will fail if they are over the limit.

  • Team Member Access: Team members will lose access to account-owned assets.

Note: Free accounts inactive for 18 months are permanently deleted.

Deleting your account

Deleting is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Before proceeding:

  • Unpublish Campaigns: Campaigns will be inaccessible and may display promotional messages.

  • Export Data: Entries, lists, and analytics will be deleted.

  • Download Statements: Download or print any statements, as they will no longer be accessible.

To Delete:

  1. If you still have an active subscription, cancel it first using the steps above.

  2. At the bottom of the Plan & Billing section, click on Delete Account.

  3. Select your reason for deleting and click Continue.

  4. Provide additional info, type DELETE ACCOUNT, and click Confirm.

You'll be redirected to the login screen, and your account will be permanently inaccessible.
