Publications Manager Panel

Overview

The Manage Publications Panel allows you to:

  • Visit your campaign publications.

  • Edit a publication's title.

  • Access the publication's URL and embed code.

  • Perform additional management tasks.

Getting there

To access the Manage Publications Panel, first publish your campaign.

  1. Once your campaign is published, a bookmark icon will appear in the top-right corner of the Campaign Builder, next to the number of live publications for your campaign.

  2. Click the bookmark icon to open the Manage Publications Panel, where you can view and manage your published campaign information.

Information displayed

Publication name

Displays the name of the publication.

Campaign URL

Publication date

Shows when the campaign was published (or "installed").

Publication type icons

A globe icon indicates the campaign is published as a landing page.

A code window icon indicates the campaign is embedded.

Copy URL icon

Click this icon to copy the publication URL to your clipboard.

QR code

ShortStack generates a QR code for the campaign. Scan the code with a smartphone to open the campaign in a mobile browser. Click the download link to download a larger image for use in promotional material.

View/edit settings

Click the gear icon to open the settings window, where you can set the publication title and subdomain. Additionally, you can disable host verification if you are using a reverse proxy.

Access additional embed options for embedded campaigns, such as:

  • Embedded At URL: Specify the URL where the campaign is embedded.

  • Mobile Redirect Options: Redirect mobile users as needed.

  • Embed Code: Copy the embed code for your website.

  • Advanced Settings: Access additional configuration options.

Unpublish

  1. Click the trash can icon to unpublish (or "uninstall") the campaign.

  2. Confirm by clicking Delete in the dialog box that appears.

Managing multiple publications

Each publication of a campaign (e.g., as a landing page or embedded on a website) will have its own URL and corresponding buttons. This allows you to manage each publication independently.

Additional actions

Add publication

To create a new publication for the same campaign, click the Add Publication button at the bottom of the panel.

Close panel

To close the panel, click the blue Close button at the bottom or the x icon at the top.
