To see how an entry accumulated its votes, open the Entries Manager, hover over the entry and click View Details, then click the points or votes number at the top of the Entry Details page. Detailed vote information is only recorded when you have voting restrictions in place.

Getting there

  1. Navigate to the Entries Manager through either the Dashboard or the Campaign Builder.

  2. Hover over the desired entry and click the View Details button.

  3. On the Entry Details page, click the number of points/votes (next to the vote icon) at the top.

Detailed vote information is only available when you have voting restrictions in place.

Sorting

To sort entries:

  • Click the button next to the number of records at the top.

  • Choose between Newest or Oldest to sort your entries.

Vote information

Due to privacy laws, we cannot collect personally identifiable information about voters. The following information is collected for each vote:

  • Date/Time: A timestamp indicating when the vote was cast.

  • Vote ID/Fingerprint: A unique string of letters and numbers ensuring each vote is distinct.

  • Anonymized IP: The voter’s IP address, with the final octet removed for privacy compliance.

  • Number of Points: The number of points the vote is worth (usually 1).

Note: If multiple votes have the same URL, this does not necessarily mean they came from the same person or entity. Since IP addresses are anonymized, votes from devices on the same network will appear to share the same IP address.

Vote adjustment

To adjust the votes for an entry/round:

  1. Click the New Adjustment button.

  2. Enter the adjustment:

    • Use a positive number to increase votes.

    • Use a negative number to decrease votes (the total cannot go below 0).

  3. Click Save to finalize the adjustment.

Note: Adjustments cannot be edited or deleted once saved. Additional adjustments can always be added later if needed.
