Points for Actions Data

The Points for Actions tab of the Analytics Manager reports how entrants earned points through campaign actions. Data only appears here if you enabled Advanced Points for Actions when building the campaign. Reach it by clicking Manage → Analytics, filtering to a campaign and date range, then opening the tab.

Getting there

  1. From the Home Page, click the Manage dropdown at the top and select Analytics.

  2. Use the Filtering section to select the specific campaign you wish to view.

  3. Adjust the date range to display data for your desired timeframe.

  4. Click on the Points for Actions tab.

Note: The data displayed in this section is only provided if you enabled Advanced Points for Actions when constructing your campaign. Enabling Advanced Points for Actions can be found in the Form Container settings in the Advanced tab. Learn more.

Data Boxes

The Points for Actions tab provides insights into user behavior and engagement by showing the following metrics:

  • Unique Users: The count of unique users that submitted an entry.

  • Unique Users with Points: The number of unique users who completed at least one point-earning task.

Note: To ensure accurate data collection, enable the appropriate fingerprinting setting in the Campaign Settings. Learn more here.

  • Total Points: The total number of points accumulated across all entries.

  • Points Rate: The percentage of visitors who earned points. Formula: (Users with points ÷ Total visitors) × 100

Charts & graphs

Points for Actions Summary (Graph): A line graph showing the daily totals of points, users, and unique users.

You can toggle data series by clicking on the labels. Click again to re-enable them.

Points for Actions Summary (Chart): A table directly below the graph, displaying the same data in chart format.

Graph options

Click the hamburger icon (≡) on the graph to:

  • View the graph in full screen

  • Print the chart

  • Download the data as a CSV file

Exporting data

To export your campaign data:

  1. Click the Actions dropdown at the top right.

  2. Select Export PDF.

  3. A PDF will open, then choose the file name and save location.
